When I finally decided on the property I wanted she helped me with how much to offer to the seller. She was right on target and the seller agreed with my offer above all the other offers. After the pre-closing house inspection, she again was right on target by asking for more of a deduction from the purchase price for necessary repairs than I was expecting the seller to agree to. This was a smaller scale in comparison to some of her other listings but at no time did she ever make us feel less of a priority. I honestly do not believe we would have had such a smooth and successful process with any other Realtor®.
